This course is designed to develop a foundation level of knowledge that will equip the candidate with the skills necessary to control and manage workplace stress.
Stress often cannot be avoided but it can be controlled and learning how to manage stress is the key to whether it becomes friend or foe. More often than not it is our reaction to a stressful event that determines how it affects us, in other words by changing our response to it stress can become a positive rather than a negative experience.
This course provides an understanding of the causes and physiological effects of stress and details the techniques than can be used to manage these.
